More importantly, not everyone can follow this diet. Heart, kidney and liver disease patients have impaired fluid retention and electrolyte imbalances.

2. Chocolate Milk Diet

This diet is done by drinking three glasses of 1 percent of chocolate milk throughout the day, followed by a healthy diet, then the weight will be reduced.
